The FUCKING AWESOME...

I went to see John Barrowman's pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk, for the second time on Tuesday night. And it was MADE OF PURE AWESOME. John Barrowman is sex. On legs. And utterly adorable. He was literally rolling on the floor laughing once or twice during the performance, usually spluttering things like 'this is a kids' show!'. And at the end when they called up little kids from the audience (which is usual for panto, those who don't know), he was so utterly adorable with his group that I fully expect him and his boyfriend to adopt an entire gaggle of kids now that they're hitched and all.
But better than all of this was that this time, I called in a favour from a friend (Tom D) who works in the cast. I didn't do it the first time because with ten of us, it felt too much like taking advantage, but anyway. I now have a signed personalised Torchwood postcard, and at the end in the call-outs (the leads send messages from people in the cast to people in the audience, and also announce birthdays/anniversaries of people in the audience), John Barrowman said hi! To me! John Barrowman said my name. And I am, and will remain, in a puddle of pure fangirlish glee over the above.
And here we have the proof. (If you can't read it, it says 'Bethan, best wishes, John Barrowman'.) XD!!!
In addition to all this wildly awesome awesome, plans for further millicons are being plotted. I've booked Sunday the 11th March off from work, so I can go to a three-day Millicon in London that weekend. Am meeting up with Charlotte when I go to Leicester Uni Open Day on the 31st March. Aaaand I am (hopefully) going to see Spamalot in London with Charlotte and Lauren on the 9th of April. My only regret about this is that Tim Curry is no longer playing Arthur. But. SO MANY AWESOME PEOPLE, AND I GET TO SEE THEM ALL. :D!!
